WHO CARES?  JULIE McMANN CARES.

"The money that international hunters bring into the local economy is amazing."

Meet Julie McMann

My husband, kids and I are blessed to live and work in the wilderness of British Columbia.

Julie McMann was born and raised in Langley City.  She married Doug in 1992 and together they had two children before moving to the wilderness of Tatlayoko Lake in 2004.  Up until 2019, she operated an English as a Second Language (ESL) Summer Camp in this beautiful – yet remote – region of the Chilcotin.  Now, due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, she has transitioned to deliver her ESL programs online.

Along the way, Doug became an outfitter, and they began hosting international hunting clients in the off season of the school.  Both passionate anglers, they enjoy freshwater fishing together in their backyard – and getting away for deep sea fishing adventures whenever they can.
